No position on this side carries a sourced value, so there is nothing to chart. The table still lists 1 of them.

The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 3,465 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
3,465 managers reported a position, together holding 1.35bn shares, or 47.0% of the company. The 40 largest are listed.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
What a reader needs to know to read these numbers
- Oracle does not file Form 13F. Its EDGAR submissions JSON for CIK 0001341439 (1,000 most recent filings, plus the indexed 2005 to 2016 archive) contains no 13F-HR or 13F-NT of any vintage, consistent with Oracle not acting as an institutional investment manager. The register below instead relies on each institutional holder's own 13F-HR filings.
- Ampere Computing Holdings LLC is fully divested and is not listed as a holding. Oracle's FY2026 10-K states that on 25 November 2025 SoftBank Group Corp. acquired all equity interests in Ampere; Oracle received 4.3 billion dollars in cash for its equity, debt and call option interests and recorded a 2.7 billion dollar realized gain. Oracle has no remaining investment in Ampere as of 31 May 2026.
- TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC: the 10-K discloses a 15 percent ownership interest but not a dollar value specific to this investee. Oracle's combined 'non-marketable debt investments and equity securities and related instruments' balance was 2.3 billion dollars as of 31 May 2026 (2.1 billion as of 31 May 2025) and covers multiple investees, of which the TikTok JV is described as 'the substantial majority'. Per the research brief, this combined balance is not distributed to a single investee, so the TikTok holding's value_usd is null.
- State Street's 13F includes two Oracle securities: common stock (cusip 68389X105, 78,645,193 shares, used in the register) and 6.5 percent Cumulative Depositary Shares representing preferred stock (cusip 68389X204, 1,533,015 shares, 68,893,694 dollars), which is excluded from the register row to keep it on a common-shares basis.
- The proxy's separate 'Other More Than 5% Stockholders' section lists The Vanguard Group at 149,688,484 shares (5.3 percent), sourced to a Schedule 13G/A Vanguard filed on 13 February 2024 covering holdings as of 29 December 2023. That figure is stale relative to Vanguard's own 31 December 2025 Form 13F-HR (174,802,084 shares) used in the register above; the newer 13F figure is used and the proxy's older figure is not a separate register row, to avoid double counting Vanguard.
- Shares outstanding used varies slightly by date to match each source's own measurement point: 2,880,471,000 as of 12 June 2026 (FY2026 10-K cover, used for company.shares_outstanding and the four 30 June 2026 institutional rows), 2,876,046,000 as of 5 March 2026 (Q3 FY2026 10-Q cover, the nearest available count to Vanguard's 31 December 2025 13F), and 2,850,792,605 as of 19 September 2025 (the proxy's own record-date denominator, used for the insider rows).
- Oracle has a single class of common stock; no dual-class structure. Ellison's roughly 40.6 percent stake is a pure economic and voting stake (one vote per share), not enhanced by supervoting shares, making it one of the largest founder blocks in the S&P 500.
- Institutional (13F) rows sum to about 526.5 million shares, roughly 18.3 percent of shares outstanding. Combined with Ellison (40.6 percent) and the non-Ellison portion of the officer group (about 0.3 percent), total identified ownership is well under 100 percent, as expected given the founder stake leaves less of the register for index funds to occupy.
- Market capitalisation (433.56 billion dollars as of 17 August 2026) comes from aggregator sites, not a filing, consistent with a share price near $150.89 multiplied by 2,880,471,000 shares outstanding.

Recorded rather than filled in. Each of these is a place where a number could have been invented and was not.
- Capital Research/Capital Group and T. Rowe Price positions in Oracle: not sourced within the time budget; correct current 13F filer CIKs were not confirmed.
- Norges Bank (Norway's sovereign wealth fund) Oracle position: not checked in this pass; Norges Bank typically does not file Form 13F for its global index mandate, matching the pattern found in other companies' registers.
- Oracle's Q1 FY2027 10-Q, covering the quarter ending on or about 31 August 2026, was not yet filed as of 17 August 2026 (per the EDGAR submissions feed), so any change to the equity investment portfolio since 31 May 2026 is not yet visible.
- The specific counterparties and dollar split behind the 2.3 billion dollar combined non-marketable investments balance, beyond the 10-K's statement that the TikTok USDS Joint Venture is 'the substantial majority': no supporting note breaking this out was found in the 10-K.
- Whether any Schedule 13D or 13G has been filed on Oracle stock since Vanguard's 13G/A of 27 March 2026 by a non-index, strategic holder: only Vanguard's own recent amendments were checked in this pass; the full 13D/13G filing history was not exhaustively reviewed.
