The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 1,869 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
1,869 managers reported a position, together holding 1.07bn shares, or 84.1% of the company. The 40 largest are listed.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
What a reader needs to know to read these numbers
- Mondelez does not file Form 13F. Its EDGAR filing history under CIK 0001103982 (submissions JSON, checked 17 Aug 2026, most recent 1,000 filings) contains no 13F-HR or 13F-NT of any vintage, consistent with it being an operating company rather than an institutional investment manager.
- JDE Peet's N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: JDEP) is NOT a current Mondelez holding. Per the FY2025 10-K, Mondelez sold its remaining 85.9 million JDEP shares to JAB Holding Company in the fourth quarter of 2024 for EUR 2.2 billion ($2.3 billion), recording a gain of EUR 313 million ($332 million), fully exiting the position. Separately, on 24 Aug 2025 Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (KDP) and JDEP entered a definitive agreement for KDP to acquire JDEP; as a result Mondelez became entitled to a cash payment of EUR 145 million ($169 million) from JAB, which it received during 2025. This entitlement is a settled cash receivable tied to Mondelez's prior (already-sold) JDEP stake, not a current equity holding, and is not recorded as a holding here. The 24 Aug 2025 KDP/JDEP definitive agreement itself (an announced transaction between two other companies) is outside the scope of what Mondelez owns.
- Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is NOT a current Mondelez holding. Per the FY2025 10-K, Mondelez's KDP ownership fell below 5% in Q1 2023, changing the accounting from equity method to marketable securities; it then sold its remaining approximately 76 million KDP shares during 2023 for total proceeds of about $2.4 billion, exiting the investment entirely. No KDP position exists in any Mondelez filing reviewed for this task (FY2025 10-K or Q2 2026 10-Q).
- Dong Suh Foods Corporation and Dong Suh Oil & Fats Co. Ltd. are recorded as holdings with sourced ownership percentages (50.0% and 49.0% respectively as of 31 Dec 2025) but null value_usd, because the FY2025 10-K discloses only a combined equity method investments balance ($667 million at 31 Dec 2025, $619 million at 30 Jun 2026) covering both entities together, with no per-investee split. Both appear to be privately held joint ventures with the Dongsuh group in South Korea; no ticker or public listing was found for either in the filings reviewed, so target_is_private is set to true, though this was not independently verified against a non-filing source within the time budget.
- Evirth (a Chinese manufacturer of cakes and pastries) is excluded from holdings: the FY2025 10-K's Note 2, Acquisitions and Divestitures context indicates it was acquired as a subsidiary rather than held as a minority equity-method stake, consistent with the brief's exclusion of wholly owned operating subsidiaries.
- The Vanguard Group's January 2026 internal realignment (disclosed via a Schedule 13G/A filed 27 Mar 2026 and referenced in Mondelez's 3 Apr 2026 proxy) split its beneficial ownership reporting across several disaggregated filers; consistent with the brief's instruction, only one substituted Vanguard row (its last full Form 13F-HR, for the quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) is used here rather than listing Vanguard multiple times or summing post-split filers, several of which were not individually identified within the time budget.
- Two register rows (BlackRock, Vanguard) would disagree with Mondelez's own 3 Apr 2026 proxy 5%-owner table, which cites BlackRock at 99,059,304 shares (7.7%) from a Schedule 13G/A as of 31 Dec 2023, and Vanguard at 133,926,151 shares (10.4%) from a Schedule 13G/A as of 28 Feb 2025. Both proxy citations are older than the Form 13F-HR figures used in the register (BlackRock 30 Jun 2026, Vanguard 31 Dec 2025), so the fresher 13F figures are used and the disagreement is recorded here rather than silently overwritten.
- Capital International Investors, a division of Capital Research and Management Company (Capital Group), does not appear to file Form 13F under that exact name; its register row is sourced instead from Mondelez's own proxy statement, which cites a Schedule 13G/A the entity filed on 13 Feb 2026 (as of 31 Dec 2025). No dollar value is available from either the proxy or the cited 13G/A footnote text captured, so value_usd is null for this row.
- Register percentages use one consistent denominator (1,276,308,057 shares outstanding as of 24 Jul 2026, from the Q2 FY2026 10-Q cover page) for all institutional rows, including the Capital International Investors row (recomputed from the proxy's own 6.9%, which uses a different denominator). The three proxy-sourced insider rows (Dirk Van de Put, Luca Zaramella, the officers-and-directors group) instead use the proxy's own 11 Mar 2026 record-date denominator of 1,283,456,590 shares, the number the proxy itself divides by. The two denominators differ by about 7.1 million shares (roughly 0.56%) and are dated about four and a half months apart.
- Market capitalisation of $81.19 billion (as of 17 Aug 2026) is the figure published on the source page; cross-check: 1,276,308,057 shares at an implied price of about $63.61 reproduces $81.19 billion.
- No em dashes are used anywhere in this file per the brief's house style.
Looked for, not found
Recorded rather than filled in. Each of these is a place where a number could have been invented and was not.
- Per-investee carrying value, fair value and share counts for Dong Suh Foods Corporation and Dong Suh Oil & Fats Co. Ltd. The FY2025 10-K (Note 7, Investments) gives only a combined equity method investments total; searched the 10-K and the Q2 FY2026 10-Q in full for a per-investee breakdown and found none.
- Whether Mondelez holds any equity method investees beyond Dong Suh Foods Corporation and Dong Suh Oil & Fats Co. Ltd. The 10-K's own wording, 'primarily relate to,' implies the combined $667 million balance may include other smaller investees not individually named; none were identified within the time budget.
- A current market value for the Capital International Investors register row. The proxy's 5%-owner table and the Schedule 13G/A it cites disclose share counts and voting/dispositive power only, not a dollar value.
- Whether Vanguard's post-January-2026-realignment disaggregated filers (the entities that now separately report holdings formerly aggregated under The Vanguard Group, CIK 0000102909) individually hold Mondelez stock, and in what amounts. Not identified within the time budget; the single substituted pre-realignment Vanguard row is used instead, per the brief's instruction.
- Capital Research Global Investors, T. Rowe Price, Norges Bank, Wellington Management (checked: only 1,047,680 shares, immaterial) and other sub-5% institutional or sovereign holders beyond the nine 13F/13G-sourced rows and Vanguard were not individually checked, after confirming the listed set already covers roughly 44% of shares outstanding, near the top of the expected range.
- Mondelez's Q3 FY2026 10-Q, covering the quarter ending on or about 30 Sep 2026, was not yet filed as of 17 Aug 2026 per the EDGAR submissions feed, so no more recent equity-investments or share-count figures exist to check.
- Value in USD for the three proxy-sourced insider rows (Van de Put, Zaramella, the officers-and-directors group) is left null; it could be estimated from the 17 Aug 2026 share price, but the share counts are dated 11 Mar 2026 and mixing the two dates would produce a figure with no single source.
