No position on this side carries a sourced value, so there is nothing to chart. The table still lists 1 of them.

The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 3,151 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
3,151 managers reported a position, together holding 814.4m shares, or 78.5% of the company. The 40 largest are listed.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
What a reader needs to know to read these numbers
- Shares outstanding (1,037,562,513) is taken from the balance sheet of GE Aerospace's Q2 FY2026 Form 10-Q (period ended 30 June 2026, filed 16 July 2026), which is post both separations: GE HealthCare (spun off 3 January 2023) and GE Vernova (spun off 2 April 2024). All register percentages against this denominator are on the current, continuing GE Aerospace company. Some register rows priced at earlier dates use the corresponding period's balance sheet count instead (1,048,766,702 shares outstanding at 31 Dec 2025) so that percentage and share count are always measured on the same date.
- AerCap: fully disposed. GE sold its remaining equity interest in AerCap Holdings N.V. on 16 November 2023 (FY2025 10-K, Note on discontinued/divested operations). A related AerCap senior note survived the equity sale and itself matured in Q4 2025; Note 19 (Other Income) of the FY2025 10-K shows only small residual note-related gains ($21 million in 2025, $38 million in 2024) under 'Investment in and note with AerCap', not an equity position. No AerCap holding is listed.
- GE HealthCare: retained stake fully sold. GE distributed approximately 80.1 percent of GE HealthCare's shares at the 3 January 2023 spin-off and retained the rest. The FY2025 10-K's cash flow statement shows 'Sales of retained ownership interests' of $9,004 million (2023) and $5,250 million (2024), falling to zero (dash) in 2025; Note 19 shows the 'Investment in GE HealthCare realized and unrealized gain (loss)' line at $480 million in 2024 and $0 in 2025; and the MD&A states GE's continuing involvement with GE HealthCare, primarily a transition services agreement, 'was completed as of December 31, 2024'. Together these show the retained stake was fully monetized by the end of 2024. No GE HealthCare holding is listed.
- GE Vernova: no retained stake ever existed. The FY2025 10-K states the 2 April 2024 separation 'was achieved through the Company's pro-rata distribution of all the outstanding shares of GE Vernova to holders of the Company's common stock' (100 percent distribution, unlike the partial GE HealthCare spin-off), so there was nothing for GE Aerospace to retain. No GE Vernova holding is listed.
- Baker Hughes: fully disposed before the lookback window of the filings checked. Note 19 of the FY2025 10-K shows only a small residual 'Investment in Baker Hughes realized and unrealized gain (loss)' of $10 million in 2023 and $0 in 2024 and 2025, consistent with GE having exited this legacy stake (from its former majority ownership of Baker Hughes) years earlier. Not listed as a holding.
- BETA Technologies, Inc. is GE Aerospace's one confirmed current minority equity position (private company), but it cannot be sized: no share count, ownership percentage, or standalone carrying value is disclosed in either the FY2025 10-K or the Q2 FY2026 10-Q, only period income/unrealized gain-loss impacts. See the holdings entry's method_note for the exact figures and why the combined 'All other assets' balance cannot be used to size it.
- GE Aerospace itself files Form 13F-HR under this same CIK (0000040545), most recently for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (filed 23 July 2026), as an institutional investment manager (filer address: 1 Neumann Way, Evendale, OH, the GE Aerospace pension organization). This is GE's pension trust managing assets held for the benefit of plan participants, not GE Aerospace's own strategic corporate holdings, and per the brief's instruction and the general exclusion of index/client-style positions, its individual holdings are not listed here.
- Vanguard's most recent Form 13F-HR (holdings report) for GE Aerospace is for the quarter ended 31 December 2025, filed 29 January 2026. Vanguard filed Form 13F-NT (notice only, no holdings) for the quarters ended 31 March 2026 and 30 June 2026, so no more current Vanguard share count is available from its own filings; the register uses the last full 13F-HR instead.
- The 2026 proxy statement's own 'Beneficial Owners of More Than 5%' table (Vanguard 88,439,179 / 8.4%, BlackRock 82,447,476 / 7.9%, Fidelity 66,923,455 / 6.4%) is sourced by the proxy itself to Schedule 13G/A filings from October 2024 through January 2025, which are older and coarser than the June/December 13F-HR data used in the register above. The register uses the fresher 13F figures; the proxy figures are recorded here for reconciliation rather than used.
- Market capitalisation ($382.22 billion, 14 Aug 2026) is from stockanalysis.com, an aggregator, not a filing; used only for the company.market_cap_usd field per the brief's allowance for that figure. Cross-check: 1,037,562,513 shares at the same page's $368.38 close implies about $382.1 billion, consistent.
- GE Aerospace has a single class of common stock; no dual-class structure and no founder-control block. All insider holdings shown are well under 1 percent individually and under 0.2 percent as a full 16-person director/executive group, consistent with a widely held, non-founder-controlled company.
Looked for, not found
Recorded rather than filled in. Each of these is a place where a number could have been invented and was not.
- BETA Technologies, Inc. stake size (shares, ownership percentage, or carrying value). Searched the FY2025 10-K and Q2 FY2026 10-Q in full for 'equity method', 'equity securities', 'non-marketable', 'measurement alternative' and 'BETA Technologies'; only period income/unrealized gain-loss figures are disclosed, folded into a combined 'All other assets' balance shared with unrelated items (run-off insurance equity-method investments, U.S. tax equity renewable investments, pension surplus).
- Whether GE Aerospace holds any other private-company or strategic minority equity stakes besides BETA Technologies. Searched both filings for 'equity method', 'equity securit', 'retained interest', 'non-marketable', 'measurement alternative', 'unrealized' and 'AerCap'/'GE Vernova'/'GE HealthCare'; nothing else sized or named was found.
- Trian Partners' or Garden Investments' fund-level GE Aerospace position, if any, distinct from director Edward Garden's small personal holding. No current 13F-HR or Schedule 13D/G was located under a Trian or Garden Investments CIK within the time budget; only Garden's personal proxy-reported shares are recorded.
- Capital Group/Capital Research, T. Rowe Price, Norges Bank and other large asset managers frequently seen in comparable registers were not checked; the correct current 13F filer CIKs were not looked up within the time budget, so this register may understate the very largest managers beyond the eight already included.
- GE Aerospace's Q3 FY2026 10-Q (period ending on or about 30 September 2026) was not yet filed as of the most recent EDGAR submissions check (latest 10-Q on file covers the period ended 30 June 2026), so any equity activity in Q3 2026 is not reflected here.
