The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 3,516 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
3,516 managers reported a position, together holding 3.18bn shares, or 73.9% of the company. The 40 largest are listed.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
What a reader needs to know to read these numbers
- Coca-Cola does not file Form 13F. Its complete EDGAR filing history under CIK 0000021344 (submissions JSON, checked 17 Aug 2026, covering filings back to 1994) contains no 13F-HR or 13F-NT of any vintage, consistent with it being an operating company rather than an institutional investment manager.
- The equity method investees table in the FY2025 10-K (period ended 31 Dec 2025, filed 20 Feb 2026) is the richest available per-investee breakdown and is the source for every sized holding here. It lists 'Investments in Publicly Traded Companies Accounted for Under the Equity Method' with both fair value and carrying value for 7 investees, totalling $34,286 million fair value and $13,999 million carrying value at 31 Dec 2025. The Q2 FY2026 10-Q (period ended 3 Jul 2026, filed 29 Jul 2026) does not repeat this per-investee table, so 31 Dec 2025 is the most current sourced snapshot; only the combined balance-sheet 'Equity method investments' line ($20,782 million) is more recent, and it is not usable per-investee.
- The gap between the 10-K's $13,999 million total carrying value for the 7 publicly traded investees and the $20,235 million combined 'Equity method investments' balance sheet line at the same date (31 Dec 2025) is roughly $6,236 million of non-public equity method investments, principally AC Bebidas plus any other non-public investees not individually named. This combined figure cannot be, and was not, allocated to AC Bebidas or any single investee.
- Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. ('Coke Consolidated', ticker COKE, CUSIP 191098102) is a separate, distinct listed company from The Coca-Cola Company (ticker KO, CUSIP 191216100). Several institutional 13F filings checked here (Vanguard, FMR) report both under similarly worded issuer names; every register row in this file is filtered strictly to CUSIP 191216100 to avoid conflating the two. The FY2025 10-K also notes Coca-Cola sold its remaining ownership interest in Coke Consolidated during the period, recognizing a $1,952 million gain, so Coke Consolidated is no longer a Coca-Cola holding and is excluded from the holdings list.
- BA Sports Nutrition, LLC (BodyArmor) is a wholly owned subsidiary (100% owned since Nov 2021) and is excluded from holdings as a consolidated operating business, not a cross-holding, per the brief.
- Two register rows disagree with Coca-Cola's own 2026 proxy on institutional share counts (Vanguard, BlackRock); both disagreements are recorded with both figures in the method_note of the relevant row rather than silently overwritten. In both cases the proxy's cited source is a Schedule 13G/A more than two years old, so the fresher Form 13F-HR figure is used as the register value.
- Berkshire Hathaway's 400,000,000 KO shares is independently confirmed by two sources six months apart (Berkshire's own 30 Jun 2026 Form 13F-HR and Coca-Cola's 16 Mar 2026 proxy citing 31 Dec 2025 data), an exact match, so it is treated as solid rather than reconciled.
- Register percentages use one consistent denominator, 4,302,549,243 shares outstanding as of 27 Jul 2026 (Q2 FY2026 10-Q cover page), except the three proxy-sourced insider rows, which use the proxy's own 2 Mar 2026 record-date denominator of 4,304,152,877 shares, the number the proxy itself divides by. The two denominators differ by about 1.6 million shares (roughly 0.04%) and are dated four months apart.
- No em dashes are used anywhere in this file per the brief's house style.
Looked for, not found
Recorded rather than filled in. Each of these is a place where a number could have been invented and was not.
- Ownership percentages for two of the seven publicly traded equity method investees, Coca-Cola Icecek A.S. and Embotelladora Andina S.A. The FY2025 10-K names ownership percentages for only six investees (CCEP, Monster, AC Bebidas, Coca-Cola FEMSA, CCHBC, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings); Icecek and Andina are absent from that sentence even though both appear, sized by fair and carrying value, in the same note's investee table.
- Per-investee share counts for all seven publicly traded equity method investees. The 10-K discloses only fair value and carrying value in USD millions, never a share count, so shares and value_price_per_share are null for every holding in this file.
- Whether AC Bebidas has any disclosed fair value anywhere in Coca-Cola's filings. Full-text searched the FY2025 10-K for 'AC Bebidas' and found only the single ownership-percentage mention; it is private and not part of the publicly traded investees table.
- Coca-Cola's Q3 FY2026 10-Q, covering the quarter ending on or about 2 Oct 2026, was not yet filed as of 17 Aug 2026 per the EDGAR submissions feed, so no more recent equity-method figures exist to check.
- Capital Research/Capital Group, T. Rowe Price, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and Norges Bank positions in Coca-Cola were not checked in this task; the register was capped at 6 institutional 13F filers (Berkshire, Vanguard, BlackRock, State Street, FMR, Geode) plus 3 insider rows from the proxy to stay within the time budget, after confirming this set already covers roughly 34% of shares outstanding.
- No Schedule 13D or fresh 13G/A filed directly against Coca-Cola stock (as opposed to the stale 13G/A filings the proxy itself cites for Vanguard and BlackrRock) was searched for in this task, so any other sub-5% strategic or sovereign holder would be missed.
- Value in USD for the three proxy-sourced insider rows (Herb Allen, James Quincey, the officers-and-directors group) is left null. It could be estimated from the 14 Aug 2026 price, but the share counts are dated 2 Mar 2026 and mixing the two dates would produce a figure with no single source.
